The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
S. B. 676 -- "A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §7-11-5a; to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §8-21-10a; to amend and reenact §19-25-3 of said code; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §20-5-3a, all relating to liability and liability insurance for injury, loss or damage on certain lands; limiting liability of county and municipal park and recreation commissions and parks and recreation section of the Division of Natural Resources for injury, loss or damage on certain lands; limiting liability of landowners whose land is used for certain purposes whether with or without remuneration; and exempting equestrians not engaged in commercial profit-making ventures from liability insurance requirements."
